The return to 7f looks a good move for SCOVILLE, who has shaped much better than his finishing position in top-end 1m handicaps on his last 2 outings. This is a touch less competitive than the races Great Acclaim has been contesting this summer and he's second choice ahead of Christian David, who may have gone close at Haydock last weekend but for meeting late trouble.

Did too much too soon from a wide draw in Golden Mile at Glorious Goodwood since. The drop back to 7f looks ideal.
