FOO FOO (1) led when beaten a head in R60 company here in August. Caught late over 1400m last start. Was scratched from Rotorua recently. Take beating here. DASHING (2) was shuffled to last as they walked early and had too much to do here two back then made ground from the rear at Wanganui last start in January. Sound trial 2nd. Danger. MAGNATE (11) got back from a wide gate and made up some ground on debut at Ellerslie last month. Improver from the better gate this time. PRESIDENT FIR (3) put in a better effort last time when running on strongly from the back at Te Aroha. Can improver further here. JUST A PRIZE (6) is a half brother to Pentathlon ($370k) with solid placings in two recent trails and has a nice gate for his debut.
