WESTERN MISS (14) highlighted her class last start when jumping an odds-on pop and winning by 2.3L after leading over 1700m here. This is tougher, but she appears to have a high ceiling and Pike sticks with her. Can continue her rise through the grades. MOONWALK (5) missed narrowly last start after a good win two back, beaten over 1400m on a firmer deck. Out to the mile now is a big tick and she maps for a lovely run from a good draw. Can improve again getting out in distance and she won't be far away. TWO TIME CHARLIE (3) got the job done last start in this grade when getting over the top late and this looks to set up nicely for him once again. He still has plenty of upside and CJP sticks with him from an inside draw. Wouldn't surprise to see him repeat the dose. SHIMONOSEKI (8) made it back-to-back wins last start and can't be discounted after she beat a smart one last time. LINCHPIN (4) makes plenty of appeal coming back to the mile and down in grade.
