Interesting race with STAR TRIP (5) here who struggled to get near it first up at Bendigo as a $2.90 hope, settling back and failing to beat a runner home. He did pull up with an issue there having shown plenty of ability in two runs last time in. Much bigger prices about him now and that is tempting. GODTFRED KIRK (7) has just found one better in two runs this time in, back onto turf here should suit and he gets every hope having lugged a big weight last time. TOO TOUGH (9) lost the rider at the start last time at Sale but had won his maiden well fresh and was firmly in the market last time - have to give another chance. ILLUMINANCE (11) was okay here fresh, her form last time in reads well albeit she doesn't do a whole lot of winning. DEEPSEEK (6) next best off a solid return.
