BREVITAS (6) put it all together third-up when launching late to arrive just in time at Murray Bridge. Is open to further improvement and is drawn kinder. Can make it two on the bounce. ADAKITE (10) was a big improver in her second outing when flashing home from last to earn a minor cheque. Drawn much kinder this time and is open to further improvement. Not taking lightly. LALOR (1) ducked back to the inside for clear running when going to the line with Brevitas last time. Fitter second-up and there's no reason he can't turn the tables. MOUNTJOY (5) lengthened nicely in the lane at Swan Hill to pounce on her rivals and score. Will likely drift back a long way from the outside draw and be saved for the final shot at them. BREWSTER BUCK (2) should be nearing his peak at start three and has been kept up to the mark with a trial three weeks between runs. Can fill a minor spot.
