SINGLETARY (1) brave effort for 3rd in the LR Wanganui Guineas 3 starts back but faded late in the G2 Hawke's Bay Guineas last time. Should find this much easier. BELLASS (4) led all the way and clung on grimly to score in her second start then boxed on OK after racing on the pace last time. Respect from the pole. MAGNATE (2) won two trials over 1000m before getting well back and battling on debut at Ellerslie behind Spellbound. Improver from that experience. SUMMER FLYER (5) ran 2nd to Magnate in a trial before winning a trial and whacking away fairly when fresh. Has some claims here. STORMCUTTER (3) has had two trails for two 2nds last month and could offer some value here.
