Snagged back from the wide draw and circled the field with a handy fourth over 1200m in the G3 Scarborough Stakes at Caulfield. Trip suits and can stamp her class with the 59kg. SAFFRON VEIL (4) making good progress in the first campaign and kept fresh. Scored a gritty Maiden win at start three over 1250m at Canterbury. Kept up the mark with a 1050m tick over trial. J Mac sticks and don't dismiss. CLOUDY SCOUT (10) produced good figures on debut with a game second over 1400m at Illawarra Grange. Fitter now and goes into the exotics. LOW KEY (3) will roll them along after scoring a game win at this trip. Place best.
