Has further upside in a fairly even contest. BILLS ANGEL (6) senior rider hops on today and doesn't have to improve much to take this out. Went forward last start with the claim and showed plenty of grit to finish second over 2000m at the Gold Coast Poly. Can stake her case again in a winnable race. MAHUIKA MAROI (8) win record hardly excites and had genuine excuses from the wide draw when tenth over 2230m at Grafton. Maps well with the claim from the rails gate. Capable of taking this out. DESERT ANGEL (7) improved sharply deep into the prep to get the Maiden win out of the way in good style over 2230m at the Gold Coast. Can go on with it now from a similar draw. CRUNCH TIME (1) confidence is high after getting off the mark at start seven. Place only.
