SUPERRIFIC (3) trialled well coming into his fresh effort where he got well back and finished off nicely, beaten 1.9L. Pike remains on board and he should be better for the fresh effort. His last start rates highly and while he's likely to get back again, he can land the knockout blow. PROPERATA (1) was too good at this track and trip 10 days ago, beating the older horses in a strong performance. His form last campaign was solid and stacks right up here, particularly off the fresh win. Wouldn't surprise to see him repeat the dose. SPINARELLA (6) missed by 2.5L at Bunbury last time out and CJP hops on board now. A favourable barrier should see her close to the speed and a forward showing is on the cards. EXTREME DIXIE (11) has impressed at the trials, showing speed from the outset. That looks important for this event and she can make a statement. MANHATTAN SQUEEZE (7) is third-up now and finished behind a smart one last time. Include.
