CONQUER THE WORLD (7) just got too far back on debut and did a remarkable job to get within 1.4 lengths of the winner and then was nabbed late last time out. Won't have to get as far back from the draw here and deserves to be considered the testing material. BRAEMAR HILL (1) has filled a minor placing at both runs to date, the latest when beaten one length into third over 1400m at Ballarat. Ready for a peak performance now. TOP EFFORT (12) is a Tagaloa gelding on debut who showed good improvement at the latest jumpout and looks ready to get to the races. JOURAMA (8) hit the frame two starts ago at Moe but ran below par last time when sixth and beaten 5 lengths over 1200m at Kilmore. Becoming a little costly, but recent efforts are good enough to get him into the placings. TECKNOKING (2) needs to lift on the latest effort but should be nearing peak fitness and has a beautiful draw.
