Looks a wide-open affair. Former NSW galloper DUKE OF CAMDEN (5) went down by a narrow margin when having the first run for the new stable and will have taken some benefit from that hit-out. Only needs some luck navigating from the sticky draw to play a major role in the outcome. The well-related MISS FUNNY HONEY (10) (half to G1 winner Vega One) returned to the winners' stall last time out and gets in light with the 3kg claim. Shouldn't be discounted lightly. KIWI RAIDER (18) scored at Sunshine Coast when resuming then could only manage sixth there over 1000m three-and-a-half weeks ago. Fitter and in the mix. DARK ARTS (2) is resuming from a lay-off. Placed in a recent trial at Doomben to continue his good work in preparation for this. Opened last campaign with a second at Sunshine Coast over 1200m. Key runner.
