Verdict

Very tough sprint with a lot backing up from Saturday - which was also very messy. INKARUNA (6) ran in the mare's G3 and ran very well behind Flying For Fun which went better on the clock than the Rising Fast on the same day. Love the wide draw for Inkaruna which has been the place to be all week for sprint races. HANKEE ALPHA (17) was one of a few luckless runners in the Rising Fast, sent out $5.50 off a dominant heavy track win first up. The forecast of rain on raceday enhances his chances. PHOTOGRAPH (11) got home nicely when just behind Inkaruna and should be running on. ARKANSAW KID (1) is mixing form but his best is good enough - the third to Skybird here in a G2 Gilgai reads well and he's another that wants rain. WATCHME WIN (4) was very good in the Rising Fast when forced back inside them which wasn't the place to be. He can improve.
