HOT TOO GO (3) battled away gamely in the mud over the Flemington mile fresh then improved nicely second-up with the rise in trip when pushed right out. Will be even better third-up stretching out further and gets in light with the 2kg claimer engaged. Looks the one. FLASH ALICE (4) has her first look at this sort of journey but the way she's been finishing off her races suggest she will relish it. Strips rock-hard fit and looms a big threat. PLACO (2) dug deep to keep them all at bay last time in the slop at Murray Bridge. Will bounce straight to the front again and try to repeat the dose. MIRACLE SPIN (1) chased gamely into the placings behind Placo last time, who he meets with a good pull at the weights now. At his top and is right in the mix. EIGHT ON THE DOT (6) never stopped trying here last week when a narrow second. Only needs to hold his form to make his presence felt again.
