CIELAO (11) is a speedy mare resuming for the Hickmott stable. Is drawn to advantage down low and while she's yet to score fresh she has won half her race starts. Will prove very tough to catch if she steals some cheapies through the middle stages. WOLFY (8) brings some strong Vic ratings across and formlines to match. He could land in a tricky spot from the low draw but if he finds clear air he will prove very tough to hold out. BOUNCING BEYOND (5) has been very consistent this campaign and only needs to hold his form to be threatening again. Holder sticks over a pet trip. METRICAL (6) was well backed last start on the main track after catching the eye here two back but couldn't replicate the same turn of foot. If the pace is genuine he will be launching at them. TOSEN WATER (10) was clearly below her best last time but her prior form measures up and she likes this track. Don't dismiss completely. Last start winner NICISH (7) also deserves a spot.
