The Stokes camp have BRAVE STAR (3) racing in career best touch as a now 9YO and have found another suitable race for him over the mile. Holder sticks and rates a leading chance. SNOOPY NOW (1) has returned in good order this prep and absolutely relishes the mile. Keeps an important 2kg claim to aid the big weight and is drawn cosy. Disappointing last week but can bounce back. LUCKY LUCKY BOOM (8) has a stack of early speed and the form around him back in Vic is strong. Will hunt the front and prove tough to reel in under the light weight. Expecting KENGERO (5) to take on Lucky Lucky Boom in what should set up a red hot tempo. Chance they bring each other unstuck and set it up for some flyers. Speaking of which, PHINEAS (7) & WILLYBEAFACTOR (4) could swoop on them late if they over do it in front and are musts for the wider exotics.
