Starman gelding who confirmed debut promise when getting off the mark in good style at Southwell 17 days ago and this looks another good opportunity under a penalty.

Steadily progressive in 3 starts but handicaps are where his future lies.

Knew more than first time up when fourth in an Ayr maiden but will be of more interest in handicaps. First run for this yard after leaving Noel Wilson.

Took another step forward when second on handicap debut at Ripon in July but progress has stalled since, tried in headgear when second of 4 in Doncaster novice last month.

Showed plenty in maidens in Ireland at 2 yrs but was sold from Joseph Patrick O'Brien for just 14,000 gns after a poor effort at Bellewstown in July in what was essentially his comeback run.

Showed a bit when beaten under 7 lengths on racecourse bow at Redcar. Should learn from that but needs significantly more.

Well held both starts.

Half-sister to smart 11.5f/1½m winner Star Storm but hasn't shown much in 2 starts so far, having been upped markedly in trip at Ripon on return. Best watched back down to 6f now.

Half-sister to smart 5f-6f winner Intrinsic Bond but she went with little promise in Catterick novice.

Showed some promise when fourth in Wolverhampton novice on debut but was subsequently sold out of Harry Charlton's stable for 5,500 gns and showed little starting out for new connections here 2 weeks ago.
