Verdict

PAIN AU CHOCOLAT (10) resumed with a good run at Seymour before tackling a strong maiden at Geelong second up behind Over Excited who was favourite on Saturday in Group company. Pain Au Chocolat was in the inferior ground there and looks very nicely placed to 1415m. CIRCUS MOON (2) ran a good race on debut at Geelong, battling on well from midfield for third. Better for that effort and should take beating. ROCK THE VENDI (11) improved rising to this trip at her second start, getting within a length of the winner. Can continue to progress and will take catching. TOMMY'S LASS (12) has been about the mark her past couple, tricky draw but has claims. MISTER WHISKERS (6) is a gelding by St Mark's Basilica for the Littlefield yard who can run well.
