COWBOYKICKEDFIVE (1) is racing well and is close to a win, the latest effort a solid third at Pakenham Synthetic over 1600m after racing on speed. Back to turf is fine and he'll take catching from out wide. GIRL WITH A PEARL (11) is the one with upside off a solid enough return at Geelong in a much stronger maiden behind Stipulation. Beaten 7 lengths there but can improve sharply. PARAMOUNT WAR (2) was solid fresh at big odds and is in the mix.
