Verdict
DESANTO (7) resumes and makes her stable debut after tackling the LR Mick Dittman Plate at Eagle Farm back in April. Didn't threaten there but had excuses and this is obviously a much easier assignment. Has been readied with a Deagon trial and looks a promising mare that can take the right steps this prep. BUCKEYE (4) has been a touch disappointing since joining the Munce yard, but drops sharply in trip off 49 days and has trialled well in between. McColm's claim gets him in well and he may be worth another look. MISS ADRIFT (12) returns short of a preferred trip but looks to have ability, thrown in the deep end last prep in the LR Princess Stakes at Eagle Farm in what has proven to be a terrific form reference. Not one to underestimate. SCARLET HAZE (16) gave a bold sight fresh and should prove tougher to run down this time.

VerdictReturns from a lengthy spell after finishing eighth at Eagle Farm in May, where she was near the top of betting but raced keenly and faded behind Canara. Two back she contested the Listed Princess Stakes on heavy ground, so her background is stronger than most in this Class 1. The 1000m is the query, but she has a strong case. - 6. Quit N Tap

VerdictReturns from a four-month break after a Gold Coast sixth in BM58 grade, where he began slowly and was beaten six and a half lengths by Thrash A Bully. His prior run at this venue was also plain, finishing eighth after being hampered at the start. A Deagon trial and a past win at 1000m are positives, but his track record is a concern.
