SONDERA (11) has hit the line nicely in her two runs back and should be hitting her straps third-up with McNeil taking over in the saddle. Suspect she relishes her first look at the mile. QUEMAX (5) is the main danger after making solid ground from well back at Sale. Gets the chance to settle closer from the inside draw and if the gap appears she can give this a big shake. PARERA (4) was only beaten 1.5L at Mornington after racing wide and being steadied. Has found the maiden win elusive so far, but with expected improvement third-up, she's one to keep in mind. PROPELLANT (8) is a Smart Missile gelding on debut for the Douglas camp. Has jumped out well in readiness and can make his presence felt immediately.
