VINTAGE VIBES (3) is in red-hot form after going back-to-back last time and is still improving. Backs up quickly and keeps McMurray to help offset the big weight. Can bring up the hat-trick. STIKTODASCRYPT (7) was only beaten just over two lengths first-up here in a CL6 and is sure to have come on from that. Will appreciate getting on firmer footing and the rise to 1200m. PETITE PALACE (1) resumes from a four-month break after contesting the LR Ramornie Handicap back in July. Has trialled sharply in readiness and is drawn to get the suck run from the inside pillar. Kendal's 3kg claim also sets her up well. SORT CHA MESS (6) also deserves respect after a dominant CL2 win at Toowoomba. Expect Butler to press the button from out there and give them something to catch. AFRICAN EVENING (10) is an intriguing runner resuming after getting off the mark in style at any old odds back in July. Has trialled well in readiness and is one for the exotics.
