CHAPPY (13) was brought out of NZ after winning his last start at Arawa Park at the beginning of July on a heavy track. He resumes as a gelding, and though his future lies over a middle distance, he will be sharp enough fresh up to give this a big shake. Follow the markets. SIRAGUSA (10) just battled late over this trip here last time out, and he gets the winkers on for the first time. He may have a query at the trip but is worth another chance. DUKE OF ARRAKIS (8) had no luck off a wide gate fresh up here a fortnight ago and is much better placed in this from a superior draw. Stick with him. AZARAX (2) needed his resuming run here, but still stuck on bravely for third. He strips fitter and can figure in the top 4 again. PULSATOR (15) saluted by 1.75 lengths last start at Kembla Grange and expected to go forward here, can find the frame.
